NOTES FOR DINING WITH US
- Reservations: available online 60 days in advance for parties up to 14 pax. If you are unable to locate a desired slot, or have private event enquiries, simply contact us on Whatsapp +65 8830 5016 / email reservations@naeum.sg
- Format & dining time: We invite guests to experience our offerings in a dine-in format. Regretably, we currently do not cater for takeaways or delivery. Kindly accommodate sufficient time for traffic along the Telok Ayer heritage area. Our chefs will prepare courses based on each dining start time
- Card guarantee: Credit card details will be required to confirm your reservation. There will be no charges to your card unless the below late cancellation policy applies
- Late cancellation: Reservation amendments or cancellations must be done at least 72 hours in advance (or in the case of HIDEAWAY private room, at least 1 week in advance) of the reservation. A fee of $150 per diner will be charged for no-shows, late amendments, and late cancellations. We are unable to entertain requests for waiver of cancellation fees
- Dress code: Smart casual
- Corkage policy: Wine corkage of $100 per bottle or one-for-one (750ml) applies. Spirit corkage $200 per bottle
- Dietary notes: Korean flavors intrinsically feature soy and sesame. Our menu may also include dairy, raw ingredients, meats and seafood. Do notify us of any dietary restriction at the point of your reservation. We apologise that we are currently unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dietary needs, and we are not Halal-certified
- No outside food & drinks: In consideration of other diners, we request our guests to not consume external foods & drinks, or bring large decorations into the restaurant. Due to our small venue size, we regret that we do not have sufficient storage for keeping external birthday cakes. For celebrations, our in-house mini cake (1 pax portion) is available for pre-order at $22++
- Getting here: Street parking along Telok Ayer Street are limited. We encourage arriving by public transportation or private hire cars. The nearest multi-storey carparks are at The Clift and Frasers Tower. The nearest MRT station is Telok Ayer (DT18)
- Young diners: Young diners above the age of 8 are welcome. However, we do not have a separate children’s menu
